If possible, could you mention what a meal plan for a day could be after a year of being sleeved, I’m curious about vitamins specially designed for hair growth. Example hairinfinity is it safe to take after having the sleeve? I had my sleeve done 2 months ago, and I have a sensation of disfagia with solid food or when I eat to fast and get thick saliva or I have to throw up to feel better. Is there a way to know if the food stays on the esophagus or it’s just my imagination? Does the ghrelin hormone come back after time? What are you checking for during the pre-op bloodwork? How can I safely manage acid reflux after the 10 days of meds provided? How should I be drinking or trying to eat my 1st week after surgery? What to expect? I can’t so any of the protein mixes or shakes. I can only really clear-like liquids. Need to get in more protein so I tried an I-So-Pure drink and that was a success. Only thing is they are expensive. My question is this: Is there a protein drink of this nature that I can purchase at a reasonable price? Will we always have to not drink while we eat? We should keep swallowed medications to the size of an m&m, which sometimes involves breaking larger pills down to an appropriate size; however, can these broken tablets be taken one after the other, or should there be a certain amount of time between ‘ tablet portions? How do you remotivate yourself when you are 10 months along and haven’t lost any in 4 months? Is obesity a disease?
