Author, speaker, cyclist and bariatric surgeon. Dr. Alvarez achieved SRC accreditation as a Master Surgeon in Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery in 2012 Also named Top Bariatric Surgeon by Newsweek Magazine and featured on ABC News. With 20,000 gastric sleeve surgeries performed and over a decade of time dedicated to this single procedure he has earned worldwide recognition.

Ulises Salinas, M.D.

Anesthesiologist


Anesthesiologist that specializes in intensive care with 25 years of experience and special training in difficult airway intubation, he has been recognized with awards by his peers and licensing board for his dedication and skill in the field of anesthesiology, he joined Team Endobariatric nine years ago and has been in charge of the care of thousands of patients in the Operation Room along with Dr. Alvarez

Gabriel Rosales, M.D.

Certified Bariatric Surgeon


Dr. Rosales attended the Medical School University of Monterrey, graduating cum laude going on to earn the coveted Chief Resident position during residency. Joining Team Endobariatric and Dr. Alvarez in 2008 as a surgical assistant, he has been side-by-side with Dr. Alvarez on over 10,000 gastric sleeve surgeries.
